My budgie Sam and i are bonding well but Sam hates others touching her or even getting close to her she gets mad when anyone else says her name in front of her
she calms down when i am there if i am not there and there are people inthe house she would actually attack help me is she really sick:eek:

I don't think she is sick, per say. How long have you had her again?

I would try putting their cage somewhere where not a lot of people go- maybe in your bedroom? That way she won't be frightened by unfarmilair people, but will still be able to spend time with you. Also, try reading to her. That will help strengthen your bond.

Perhaps, after she is calm, you could have one of your friends read to her as well? This may get her used to other people talking around her.

try getting her to step up on other people, she"ll need to get used to others as she only just got used to you, your a member of her flock and others will be outsiders to her :o

This behaviour is seen more often with larger parrots. They are fixated on one person, see them as a partner, and attack others.
Try to get other people involved. They should give her food and treats. Stay out of sight while they are doing that. She will learn to like others...:p If you don't start now, she will have problems when you are away from home for a while. Eventually you'll probably want to take a vacation without leaving a very sad bird behind..:p
