The average is about 4-6 eggs layed every second day.
The hen sometimes does not incubate the eggs from her 1st, sometimes it will take up to her third egg to start incubating.
and it is from 18 from incubation starts. Sometimes it can be up to 20 because the hen might not sit on them for a few days.
Pictures would be great of Birdine and Sid and your new eggy :)

I read on here 5-6 is average. They lay everyother day and usually start sitting after 2nd or 3rd is laid. And they hatch 18 days after mom starts setting.

Goodluck!!!

Congratulations, Connor. It was just last Friday you asked about breeding question. Now an egg was laid. Super fast mother hen.

Good luck for fertile eggs.

Ive heard from a few breeders that using a strong, deep card board box with the front cut out is a great way to make her an egg laying spot. Just fill the box at a slope with soil and sand, this should encourage her to choose that spot to lay and it also provides easy access to the eggs for incubation after theyre laid. It can also be put in her viv with her and removed once all eggs are laid.

Ive also heard that this way could be flawed if you make the soil too damp so be sure to make the soil easy to dig in and not caked up too much.

Ill be using this method for my girls laying spot.

Hope this helps Good luck

If you need me to make an example and take a pic I would be more than happy to provide that

Zii is a kind of firmware... So , the Zii Egg is develloped by Creative, but called Zii for the steamcell technollogy Egg maybe because its their new product but creative is behind it anyway... There is no more Creative Zii player for the moment on the market. So, the Creative Zii IS the Zii Egg

What the? What is all the Zii stuff about?
