Yeah, i just read through that and added my opinion to the end. Your budgie is one of the difficult ones to sex, could be either but by the amount of white around the nostrils i'd lean towards female at the moment. Having said that my budgie Blinkie looked A LOT like a female until near his first moult (at about 5 months old):

I say he to, but I'm doubtful now, because of what Bea said. Who is right? Only time will tell...

yeah i think its a female, i just read bea's post about telling them apart at a young age.
