Budgie Pictures forum now located on forum home

I noticed that the Budgie Pictures forum became pretty popular. And, as promised, I moved it so it's no longer a sub-forum of the Budgie Talk forum. It's now its own forum. You can locate it on the forum home. It's still the same forum, just a new location! :D
