Dear Friends
Hope this email finds you in a good condition.
I have bought two budgie for about 3 weeks.
After referring to http://www.birds-online.de site, I am wondering the female one might have some hormonal diseases.
I can see light blue cere around her nose and white colour tend to brown at the center of her nose .
I have tried to take some photos which is attached for you.
It will be appreciated if you let me know how can I cure my budgie if any diseases could be observed.
Please do not hesitate to inform me if you need more details.
Yours Faithfully,
Babak

A photo would be very helpful, without one it would be hard to comment on the issue.

From your description, it could be normal cere color.... but like i said, without seeing it would be impossible to venture a guess.

Unfortunately I can't see any pictures.
It sounds like a normal female cere to me.. What exactly is the problem?

Young females have a white/light blue cere. Adult females in breeding condition have a (crusty) brown cere.

Female cere's do not always stay the same colour. It depends on the bird.
My girl's cere is tan and turns to a crusty brown when she is in breeding mode.
But this is not the case for all hens.
If you are concerned that she has a health issue, my advice would be to take her to an avian vet for a check-up.
Good luck.

A young female would have a very light blue cere with white around the nostrils.
