Hi everyone~
This season we are requiring that the date the contestants take their challenge photos be stamped on their entry photos. This is to ensure that no "old" photos make their way into the competition keeping it fair for all contestants.:)
You are not required to have the date on your application entry photo as this photo may be one you already have , but recent.
If there are any questions please ask.:)

Good point Stacey.:) That is true that not all cameras will have this function. I think we will nix this idea ..we can trust everyone here anyway..right.:) So back to the honor system it is!:D
Everyone disregard this requirement and carry on.;)

Usually, there is a menu function on your digital camera, somewhere under the various options would be something called date imprint. You should be able to turn it on or off.
Stacey, what is your camera make and model? I'll see if I can look it up on-line and find out if and how you can do it.

Oh I'm glad! My camera doesn't have a time stamp option. I guess I can enter then. :P
Lol Happy is definitely the bird for this. I hope he's up for it. XD

Stacey, I looked through the manual and while I could find places that you can set printing with or without date, I am not seeing anything related to downloading the pictures. Try setting the option to print with a date (might be 2 places) and then download a picture and see if the date is on it.

So yes or no on the date stamp? Mine can do it and its not too hideous either like the red ones.

It looks as though not everyone can necessarily do it, so Julea nixed the requirement.

Just if you want to know, if you load your photo on the computer and look up "properties" for the photo, it should come up :)
Oh, and we've decided to scrap the photo date idea.
