Sorry for all of the posts about M&M, but I am very concerned.
It's been almost a week since he has beeen off of his meds. I posted before, and someone mentioned that I should cover his cage to make him feel safe. I've done that, and he looked like he was better! Then I noticed he looked a little puffed. Not as bad as last time, but I don't think it's normal.
He was sleeping not too long ago... Could he just be fluffed from that?

He might be fluffy because he's either sleepy or he's just woken up.. I know my girlies are fluffy in the morning when i uncover them, then during the day they are normal and once it gets close to bed time they start to fluff up once again.. If you're still worried and if he's fluffy throughout the day and it's been more than a couple of days of him this way then i'd take him to the vet.. Is this the only symptom? is he acting normal?

He's acting pretty normal. Since being out of the cage stresses him, I don't spend that much time with them anymore. I know his poop is a little bit more watery, but I can't really check it now. It might have just been from the stress of coming out.
I did nothice that my girl is being mean to him, more so than before! He's constantly on the bottom of the cage for food- so much that I put a dish down there for him! And when I was taking the pictures, she came down for some millet and lunged at him to get away! They used to be able to share! :( I know hens are mean, but that's kinda extreme, even for her!

It sounds like you may need to provide your little M&M some of his own space, without the company of another bird. That would make it easier to monitor him and see if he improves. I am not sure what else to suggest, but perhaps taking the hen out of the picture will allow you to make a better assessment of what the issue may be.....
Don't forget, that if you do choose to separate them, you can still keep the cages side by side so that they can be near each other. Perhaps when M&M is doing better, you could try reintroducing them to one another.
Good luck and please let us know how things go! ;)

Problem is I don't have another cage! I have a small travel cage, but I hate keeping him in there. He always tries to get out! It's sooo small! I know my sister has some large boxes... would that work? If I put newspaper, food, water, and a toy on the bottom? I'm saving up for a new cage. We got them together so I never needed a quarentine cage.
She wasn't at the food dish when I took this (she was sitting on the perch looking all innocent) but he was still on the bottom. He flipped when he saw me.

Awww, what a little sweety he is. Poor little guy.
I wouldn't put him in a box, but I would encourage you to see if you can get another cage as soon as you can.
Of course, I am not sure if someone else may have another suggestion for you that might work so I would be eager to hear their opinions on what to do too. :S

Aww poor little guy :( Mine fluff up morning and night as well, but it would be great if you could keep him separate so you can monitor him more easily.
Do you maybe have a friend who has a spare cage you could borrow?

No :( No one else I know has birds! I could try to get the cage on Thursday...I work tomorrow and by the time I get off the store will be closed. I'll try to keep a close eye on him until then.
