sex when babies?

I don't think you can really tell until they are at least 6 months old.

You can tell fairly easily from about 6 weeks old, sometimes even younger.

Exactly! Boys will normally be pinkish and girls, it varies.

Girls are whitish purple/blue. :)

you can tell by on they cere if it is blue it is a boy if brown it is a girl but still it is not that certain

How is that not certain. In an adult budgie deep blue = 100% male and white to brown (even whitish blue) = 100% female. If you know what to look for in baby budgies they're also easy to sex. :)
