A month now

Its been around a month since i bought my wonderful budgie tuffy! He's doing so much better than i expected very tame, already comes out of his cage and fly's over if you leave the door open :) Im so proud!

My local petstore (aka illest place ever I LOVE THAT PETSTORE :D) lol anyway they just got a bunch of albino and all yellow budgies in and i would reallly like to buy one. My originall plane was to have two in the first place but i wanted to go one at a time. They are at good ages and i want to buy one now, so its easier to train rather than in 2 months or so later... But do you think i've hade my Tuffy for to little time to buy another?? :S

If you want another budgie would you feel right with Tuffy wanting to be with the other budgie than you. You can still have tuffy's trust, but you might lose some. In the end it's what you want to do. Since you only had Tuffy for a month I would wait a little while to build a trust bond with him.

That would seem fine, since you would get a chance to build a trust bond with both of them seperated.
