Then i let them both out together and they discovered that they can actually have LOTS of fun!

I'm SOOOOO happy that they're getting along, they look so adorable together!

aww they love eachother! how come people can't be that cool?LOL :)

I have a question... I got the impression that these two are being introduced to be a mating pair... but i'm confused because what I was taught, was that bright vibrant cere's of any colour including pink, are boys and all shades of browns are girls. It looked to me like they are two boys based on these rules. Have I been taught wrong?! if so, I will be officially shamed and change my budgie experience level haha! I'm starting to think that the only reason I thought of myself as a budgie expert was because the pet stores I've worked in have made me seem like one in comparison to their knowledge haha! I actually worked in a bird department of a super pet first (where I learned alot of what I know), then was the "bird expert" for a pets unlimited (which I left because I hate their ethics! Their evil!) and I am about to start a new job at a tiny pet supply store who is hiring me as their bird rep :) sooo... if pink means girl, tell me now please so I can avoid further embarrassment!

Ozzie was brought as a friend for Blinkie rather than a mate. You're right, they are both boys. :)

oh thank god! I can hold my head up again! LOL! I thought, 'well, she breeds them so she would know who makes babies together for sure' hahaha. I was very embarrassed but had to ask. If I was wrong on such a simple thing, I would never have been able to call myself a budgie expert again! I am relieved now :D thank you!

this is going to sound funny but... I replied to a message about colour mutations and genetics and asked what you thought my budgies babies would look like... and this forum is so big that I can't find it anymore to check for a responce! hahaha! Do you happen to know what the title I should be looking for is? I checked the one called genetics and muations and one about wing colours and it wasn't either lol.. i'm lost!
