"Picture Resizer?"

I don't know if I already know this but forgot but I have noticied a lot of people have the title, "Picture Resizer" can someone explain this to me. :o

I know it must be something to do with pictures and resizing them but I have noticed so many. :p

I was thinking about that the another day, I guess they have the privilege of resizing pictures that people have posted if they are too big or something, I'm not sure though :o

Aha! They resize peoples avatars, sigs and profile pictures. They used to resize forum photos, but due to the automatic resizer now. :)
