MIGHT be getting a teil! [Archive]

Hiya,
I might be getting a cockteil (hope I spelled it right) imma going to take a look at the pet stoes but I'd like a yellow or lighter one, greys are very pretty but all my firneds have grey tiels x] ... I looked all over and called all over and my parents helped out too but I can't find a breeder! Arrg!

Anyway, my parents already said I could get my teil as a x-mas preasent! Yay! And my grandpa is coming in about a week to visit from Romania for 6 months... My mum and my dad said that if my grandpa is okay with it, I can have my tiel for sure! My granpa prob will say yes if I can prove that I can take extra good care of my tiel, which will be easy having Skye so clean and his cage spot- and smell-less <3.

Oh, one more thing if anyone knows or can find me a breeder in the Vancouver are I'd really appriciate it. And yah, I'll post pictures as soon as I/someone can find me a breeder!

That's really exciting that you're getting a tiel! :D Look on Yahoo! Groups, there are sometimes breeders listed there.

I found a breeder! Well actually I found a bunch, I havn't picked yet, I've narrowed it down to about four and I'm going to ask them to send me pictures of the tiels. Yay! ... Bea, your Cookie was the tiel that made me want one of my own ._.

I LUV tiels! I think they were the best birds to become captize other than BUDGIES :p LOL I have 4 of em and 5 eggs!

I also live in the vancouver area and havent foudna tiel breeder either, i keep looking in the buysell but no luck, only petstores and i dont really want to get it anotehr pet from a petstore from my last experiance.
