:budgie: hi!
My name is Crystal, I'm 25 and live in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. Technically I have two budgies and two finches... but at the moment I am bird sitting so I have 4 finches and 3 budgies!its a full house in my living room right now haha but I love it! :D I had one other budgie when i was growing up. He was creativley named 'Blue'... guess what colour he was... lol.
As for my current 2 budgies, they are named Trisket and Kieco. Trisket is my absolute baby and Kieco is her boyfriend. Don't get me wrong, I love him too but Trisket and I were just the two of us for almost a year before I took Kieco in. And she was there with me through a very difficult time in life. So naturally her and I are much more bonded. She's an incredible bird! she gives kisses, does flips, plays dead (if she's in the mood haha), and plays a game we like to call "tubby!" where she throws the paper towel roll off her cage and to the floor and then I put it back and she does it again and so on and so on :D. she loves it! Every time I pick it up off the floor and say "Tubby!" she fluffs up her head in excitment and waits in anticipation to see where I'll put it next. I highly recommend trying this with your own budgie!;)
I'll post pics asap! I love showing them off, I'm a very proud mommy!
