Budgie Tumors

Okay so I want to know for health reasons how to know if a budgie has a tumor?
I know some stuff about tumors in budgies:
1. Tumors can sometimes be harmless
2. Tumors are often caused in budgies
3. Budgies live happy lives with tumors and some
Die from tumors.

I'd like to know how to tell if your budgie has a tumor thanks!!!

stating really only a avian vet. can tell for sure.
What makes you think your budgie has a tumor?
Where is it located?

My budgie seems healthy and I thank all of you out there that gave info, not that many ppl came to see this thread but it's been up for about a month and thats about when I close the thread and delete it. :)
