Hi!

Just found out about the site, and decided to join!

I have had 3 budgies, being the 2 I have now, and 1 that died from cancer. I hope to enjoy my stay!

My 2 birds are Baby, a 4 1/2 year old male, and Lemon a 3 year old female. Lemopn like to bite all of the time, not very frindly, can't seem to get her to tame, no matter what. Baby is my little gentleman in a green jacket. He is so tame and well behaved it's almost too good to be true. Lemon was found my a friend in their front yard, and it is my belief she was abused, and that's what casuing the aggression, even in play nowadays, she just has to bite all of the time. Baby came home with me at just under 3 months, and will be 5 in July.

Yes It's always sad when a budgie 'goes'.

I know how you feel, I've lost 3 budgies who flew away.

Welcome to the forum littlekids! Sounds like you've got quite the budgie personalities at home! I am sorry to hear about your budgie who died of cancer. I have a girlie budgie Skyla who had her wing amputated not that long ago from a tumour. (She's doing great now!)
