How big is your siggy?

Most people don't read the guidelines before they make a siggy. And it's not the nicest surprise getting a message from one of our moderators doing their job, telling it's too big.
If you have already put your siggy in, and you think it may be too big, follow these steps:

1: Right click on image, and click properties
I already know that mozilla, mozilla firefox, internet explorer and aol has it. If yours doesn't please message me.
2: they will tell you the dimensions in. Different browsers have different things, but they all have the dimensions.
3: If your siggy is over the maximum of w-150px and h-300px, then you can either fix it yourself your send it to a picture resizer to make the sizes exact.

No Bea, the limit is 150px - 300px. :)

BirdieBabi I'm glad you've posted this because it is an issue right now that does need fixing! A lot of users have signatures way out of the guidelines and they do need to be fixed to be compatible with the site. :)

Argh!! Why is the limit so tiny!!! It's soooo irritating! Do you know how hard it is to make a sig with 4 pets into such a weeny box, and my lovely animated xmas one is too big this means. *cries*

I know what you mean Bea. :o But it can be done. I just entered your image into photoshop to see how it could level down the dimensions and it seems if you want to fit it all in and perfect, size it down to:

Width: 225px and Heigh: 150px

I can't resize it - it's an animation and resizing it stops that.:(

Are we allowed to have to image signatures? If so I would think that they would have to be 150 wide each to make a total of 300px.
