Hello, hello! :wave: Welcome to the 5th round of Talk Budgies All Bird's Next Top Model! :D

First up, we have the totally beautiful.... Aaralyn! (softie) :loveeyes:
Next, is the angelic and super friendly..... Julea! (Pippin's Mom) :cool-smiley-025:
And last but not least, our very own comedian and all round nice guy.... Cliff! (clifff123) :laughing2:

Now before we continue, I just wanted to say, that this week was one a GREAT week :party3: The quality of the photos and the creativity behind them were all absolutely FANTASTIC! :D I was impressed! :D
It breaks my heart that we have to say good bye to someone when you all went equally well this week :(

Also, I just wanted to say that I was a little disappointed that nobody handed their photos in until the second last day :cool: And I had to send out two warning PM's. But in the end you all got your photo in, so I'm happy! :D :urock:

Unfortunately, it is time for the ELIMINATIONS! :evil:
As you could imagine, the eliminations were EXTREMELY close this week! :eek: Everyone went extremely well, and it was hard to come to an agreement on who should go :(
But in the end, the judges came to a decision.... I am so so sorry to say this, but it is time to go.... :( :( :(

Sue, you were a fantastic member on the show! :D Always contributed to the threads, always delivered great photos on time (well mostly on time ;) ) and you are such a great sport! You are the epitome of what being a contestant is all about! :)
Unfortunately, I will have to get you to say your goodbyes, pack your bags and leave this competition immediately :( A cab is waiting outside :driving:

Below are the OFFICIAL Talk Budgies All Bird Next Top Model rules. They are posted each week to remind you all how the competition is run. Read them carefully
RULES:
Contestents have 5 days to PM me a picture of their bird posing for the challenge (there will be a new one each week).
Judges will then have the remaining 2 days to PM me their nominations on who should go for that week. The budgie with the most nominations will be out. Contestents who don't PM me their picture by the end of the time constraints will automatically be out.
I will post the contestents pictures on the thread as soon as I get them, via PM. I will announce who is out at the start of each week.
For those of you still wishing to participate, there is still a chance. Each week, just post a picture of your bird doing the challenge, on the thread. Throughout the competition, I will pick 2 budgies from the public to fill in the places of 2 evicted contestents. 1 person will be chosen after round 2 and the other will be chosen after round 4.
NOTE that evicted contestent cannot win the competition anymore. But don't let it spoil your fun of posting pictures though. The only thing is that as an ex-conestant you will not be chosen anymore to be a contestent once again.

The trumph card:
So basically, if you're bird is not co-operating with you for the challenge and you don't know what to do, you can use your trumph card.
The trumph card is "Playful Bird" so you need to take a photo of your bird playing with you, or its toys and send it in instead of the challenge.
Rules of trumphcard:
Can only be used ONCE during the entire contest.
The trumph card can be used for all rounds except the final.

And now to announce the FINAL Member of the Public who will become a contestant! :D
I've been impressed by everyone's photos, they were all great! :D But two contestants have been sending in great photos EVERY WEEK, so I knew I would have to pick out of those two :) Both were on par with eachother, but unfortunately I felt that one photo was better than the other.
And for this reason, I am proud to announce that Sophie (Squeak_Crumble) will become our latest contestant! :D
Congratulations and well deserved! :D You've sent in photos every week without fail, and they have all be fantastic! I can't wait to see what you'll deliver to the competition now :)

Our challenge for this week is........... "Cribs"!
I was going to use this challenge last season, but saved it for this one! :D
Basically, we want you to post a picture of your bird showing off it's "crib". For those of you who aren't "hip" :p, by crib, I mean cage. We want you to post a a picture of your bird showing us his cage.
He should be interacting with an object in the cage. Think outside the box :) This will require imagination :)
