Hmmm.... oh yes, a hot chocolate yesterday. It was advertised as "The best in Sydney" :rolleyes: , but honestly it could be strong contender for the WORST! :o Not very nice at all.

It had icecream in it, so the drink was boiling hot, the icecream was freezing cold... Put them together and you get sick! :p :cool:

For my children.:) I agree, I'm nurturing a love of art and music in them as well as reading. We just took a three day art class together...it was so much fun and we learned a lot. So I picked up an art curriculum from the class and got them Acrylic paints, each got a high quality set of colored pencils, several various sizes of artist brushes, water color pens, a nice drawing pen for each and a set of drawing pencils for each, a good sharpener, and kneeded erasers. We are also all going to begin art journals.:D The instructor of the class has such inspiring journals! And he has made 40 journals so far in his life time. We will begin studying the art and lives of the masters most likely in the fall.

The instructor encouraged the children to enter a picture in the art competition put on by Pentel. So that was their home work one evening if they chose to enter..it wasn't a requirement. Out of our three only our 5 year old wanted to do it. So he submitted a picture of a fish and the instructor said it was exceptional for a 5 year old.:) I think he did a great job too..I'll post a pic when I get them loaded onto my lap top.:)

I never spend money like this, but our Son is graduating from Basic Training (Army) in South Carolina, and my husband and I are taking our 1st vacation in 30 yrs. and will travel to see him graduate. (June 3rd and 4th) We can hardly wait! It is sooooooooooo exciting!!!!

Also, photography is a LOVE of mine, so I can't wait to explore new territory and photograph lots of awesome scenery along the way. From where we live, it is a 2 day trip (ONE WAY) and then after the graduation we are driving our Son to the next state (Virginia) so he can begin his AIT training. From there we'll take a few days for ourselves, and then head back home.

Look out world, HERE I/WE COME!!!! :D
