Is this a lutino? It doesn't have red eyes, but I didn't know if that was a prerequisite or not. It also has 2 faint green dots on his (?) chest that you can see in the picture. There is a faint green dot under one wing as well. We were told by the breeder it was a boy, but not sure about that either. (Chucky says to please excuse his beak as he's a messy eater!)

aww your birds are lovely. Im sorrey im not great with mutations however it looks like a lutino to me. I dont think all lutinos have to have red eyes.. i could be wrong though. Also im kinda confused with the genders now since bea toldme before the frist molt its like oppisite or sumthin like that.sorrey i wanst that much help i would wait for Bea's response or ask her,she would probably know.

I looks female to me too, however, I've also been told that if it is Lutino it could be hard to tell as the ceres look similar. Again, whether that's true or not, who knows? :S

It's a dark eyed clear female. In lutinos it's easy to sex them, females will get the tannish cere, males will keep their pink baby cere.

Ohhh yes it does its a female I just found this post and it is a Dark eyed clear...now you got 2 girls on her hands very beautiful!;) It ok if they love each other!:p

I think a dark eyed clear budgie is really cute too, am sure these are the ones they have in my local pet store x
