Strange behavior?

Our female bird(Mom) has been standing on top of one of the babies which is 5 weeks old. Anyone have an idea why?:S

are the babies still in the nest? usually babies will still cry even if they already left the nestbox for things such as warmth and to be fed. Maybe she is trying to warm them?
