I found it! My green Budgie, Earl LOVES to be tickled under his wing. I was stroking him, and he lifted up his wing, so I rubbed his underwing and he LOVED it.

Hahaha Budgies are so cute.

My Sydney enjoys his head being scratched, usually when he is tired. Daphne and Penny don't really appreciate touch, but I can stroke down their backs.

I read somewhere that a parrots' reproductive stimulation areas are beneath the wings. You might want to be careful not to touch Earl there too much. :)

my budgies arent tame so none of them let me close enough to touch them

the tiels that allow me to touch them only allow scratches on the back of their necks same with the one and only lovebird that allows me to touch her and of course the birds that allow us to touch them, it is on their terms when We get to touch them . lol

My budgie loves it when I give her kisses, she let me kiss her beak, and her head and her back. It's so funny if I am close enough when I talk to her, she tries to stick her head in my mouth:rolleyes:!! So I have learned to talk with my mouth closed when she is out of her cage and near my mouth!!

my new one likes her belly stroked, benny likes his back and near the top of his tail stroked and when bloss allows me to scratch his back he likes it near his wing! :)

Gracie-Mae likes head and tummy rubs:) I've never tried under the wing ,I don't think she'd let me.
