Maybe take her to a speicalist bird trainer or something?

I'm sorry but that's all I can suggest.

Anyone else know?

Based on the photo, I assume you have two budgies together. I suspect it would be a lot easier to train her if she was in a cage by herself. Unless they are trained pretty much while still in the nest and continuing right out of the nest box, you'll find it normally takes a LONG time to train budgies. If you happened to purchase an older bird, there is a possibility you'll never be able to fully train it to your satisfaction.

Go to your library and pick up a book on parakeets. Most libraries have several books on them and You'll find lots of valuable information there. Hope this helps.

Today I'm going to fly Billy and Lily separate to see if I can train them a bit more, I'll tell you how it goes and what I do.

(They have really hard bites!)

I think it just takes time or maybe its breedind time for your budgie?

Some budgies are just very dominant I guess and it is just a hurdle that will take longer then what was first expected. Edie my hen is like a jeckyl and hyde one min and an angel the next..some days she wont even come to me and when i go near her she makes this really angry sound like a duck quacking and I have no idea why she does this, so when shes in a mood like that I just leave her to herself..she can come and go out of her cage during the day as much as she likes as I leave it open for her. The next day she can be the opposite xx
