Kylee (http://flickr.com/photos/rattus-rat/3059103143/) --
Kylee is a purebred standard sized semi-longhair red sable Dachshund. I've been around her since her birth and since I had first pic, chose her. She is a joy to have around and has been a wonderful addition to my pet family. She was one of five puppies total, one of two girls and the only sable. I love her to death, she is just like my own child and she goes everywhere with me. She loves animals, and even will clean the rats and guard them - in fact, I've never seen her play rough with them even when they've been rather rough with her.

Cricket (http://flickr.com/photos/rattus-rat/2948045899/) --
Cricket is a blood red lavender corn snake, he was purchased from MoReptiles on October 17th, 2008 for the total of 98$. He is the more moody of our two corn snakes, and is the least likely to let someone pick him up. His handling is getting better as time progresses and the more time he spends with my fiance and I.

Dominique (http://flickr.com/photos/rattus-rat/2926361944/) --
Dominique is a Pastel Motley corn snake, she was purchased on October 5th, 2008 from Petsmart in Independence, Missouri. She is the sweetest and most friendly of the two, she loves to be handled and loves to be out of the cage! She is the best eater too, she doesn't have to be prompted.

Splash (http://flickr.com/photos/rattus-rat/3024555579/) --
This is my horse Splash, and I. I’ve owned Splash since he was a weanling and he has taught me a wealth of knowledge when it comes to friendship, and true love. This horse is an amazing creature, full of compassion and strength far beyond that any human could possibly possess. He is my best friend, and my companion – this is the only horse I could never possibly live without. I swear out of every animal I have had the chance to work with, other than my old mare Montana, he has been the best learning experience of them all. He taught me how to ride, he is the first horse I ever broke myself – and he won me countless ribbons and honors. This horse, is far beyond anyone or anything I have ever encountered and I will have an endless love for him.

Bright Eyes and Kiwi (http://flickr.com/photos/rattus-rat/2772065703/) --
Bright Eyes (the horse) is a purebred solid Dun Appaloosa filly, half-sister to my gelding Splash by the same father. She is for sale due to my recent move into my own apartment with my fiance. The rat that is with her is the eldest of my ratties - my female black hooded fancy rat Kiwi.

Sandman (http://flickr.com/photos/rattus-rat/2970367893/) --
My old man, I love this rat the most. He is the oldest of all my rats, he is a fawn hooded fancy rat male - he is the friendliest, most photogenic rat I have ever met! He has a personality all his own, he loves to ride on my shoulder and go places with me. He will follow me over the entire house too! He is gentle with Kylee, and loves to explore outside. He is an amazing little creature.

Mask (http://flickr.com/photos/rattus-rat/2982793199/) --
Mask was bought as a companion for Sandman, but he eventually grew on us just as well. When we first bought him he HATED to be handled, now he will literally jump into your arms when you open the cage door. He is very sweet, and loves to give kisses! His favorite snake is lettuce, he loves it!

Squall (http://flickr.com/photos/rattus-rat/2760566291/) --
He is the youngest male rat, he is the most spastic too. He doesn't particularly like being handled, but he deals with it when he is picked up. He is a worry wart always anxious when someone is touching him, and if you surprise him he will squeal his little heart out. Even if it wasn't really a surprise at all.

Strawberry (http://flickr.com/photos/rattus-rat/2761778162/) --
Strawberry was bought not too long after Kiwi, as a companion. She is more or less my fiance's rat as I don't like handling her, she likes to nip. She is the bossiest of all our rats and puts the others in their place REAL quickly, especially when it comes to food time.

Lulu (http://flickr.com/photos/rattus-rat/2760896819/) --
Lulu, she is the third youngest and is a mismatched black capped fancy rat female. She is missing a hunk of her tail due to an accident.

Trinket, my beige Berkshire Fancy Rat is the youngest of my female rats.

Cleo (http://flickr.com/photos/rattus-rat/2818622605/) --
Cleo is a prissy little feline, who can be found sunbathing all day long. She is an outdoor cat, but you'd never know it from how she absolutely HATES to get dirty. She is the queen of the house here, and lets everyone know that she is the Queen Bee.

don't your rats run away? I love the one with the horse and the rat, they both look adorable :) and the kitty looks pissed and not being able to eat any of them  ;)

Nope, lol, funny how often I hear that question though. My rats are like rather small puppy dogs when it comes to the outdoors, the only one that doesn't get to go outside often is Squall. But the rest will follow you around like small goslings follow their mother. They love the outside, the fresh air the sun it is all a bunch of fun for them. Sandman enjoys it the most, he loves to smell the air and to roll around in the grass and fall asleep in the sun.
