People say that budgies need to eat their veggie's everyday. They also need to have a cuttlebone or mineral block. My budgie doesnt eat his veggie's cause he is scared of them and he is also scared of the cuttlebone. Is this bad for him? What should I do?

No matter what you do keep a cuttlebone in there. Does your budgie mind a mineral block?
hes scared of that too! But i think ill put the cuttle bone in there.

Well birds need calcium and stuff like that so maybe if you bird doesnt eat the cuttlebone or the iodine block you should get some like liquid stuff that you can add to his food or water. but ya like zarrion said you should always keep an iodine block and cuttlebone in there.

When I had my budgies they didn't touch theirs for awhile until I tried putting in a different position in the cage. I used to get cuttle bones that always had clips so instead bought one you could just fit through the bars (tightly) and they used it as a perch as well as to sharpen their beak. :p
