He's getting better!

Yes! he's finally walking on it! I'm so glad it's getting better!

He has this funny little walk but is adjusting to use it very well! With descresion I took him out to explore after staying in his cage for three days. I was so happy he actually wanted to follow Baby everywhere!

I took some pictures. He got tired so He's holding his foot up. (it's not as bad as it looks in the picture trust me!)

I'm going to continue to feel sorry until it fully heals but I'm going to take him out every other day (so he could rest for a full day) because he is always happy outside the cage but I don't want it to get anymore injured

Oh Birdiebabi, it is such good news that he is getting better. He is an adorable little budgie and what a beautiful colour, I'm not very good on colour types but I wonder if he is a Pied? Bless him for being such a brave little boy and please send him a big kiss from me. I bet your are so relieved now that he's on the mend.

Thanks everyone! It really helps that everyone is caring about him! Yes budgiesmum, he's a Dominent Pyed, and a cute one at that!

I took him to the vet this morning (a very early appiontment...about 7:00a.m.....which is why I stayed home from school) and they put some antibiotics on his foot (this was before the pictures) This vet was much better than the last one..and i'm happy too!
