You can't have a dilute and a clearwing - that would be like calling a budgie a yf 1 and yf 2 at the same time. I think you've got a dilute mauve there. :)

Just curious but why can't a bird be dilute and clearwing together?

My Monitor is showing a light brown colouring in the wings. Is the correct colour light brown or grey. If grey I agree with Bea it is a dilute. Blue family Bea but why say mauve. I'd say cobalt but you know how my eyes are. ;)

pal0m1n0 There are three forms of Dilute. There is Grey wing, Dilute and then clearwing. The trick is the body colouring. Greywings the black markings have faded to grey but the body colour is still strong. Dilute both the wings and body colour have faded and a clearwing to just that the wings have faded to near white.
But don't mistake a clearflight for a clearwing. Two different birds.

I said mauve because the blue is very gray looking - which i remember Jelly was as a baby.

The brown part on his wing i think is poop or something from the other budgies where i got him...All his "black marks" are actually grey...
Thanks guys!

Thank you very much! Here's a new pic of him if it helps you identify his colour...His cheek patches are actually grey instead of light blue like the dilutes I've seen...Unless they're all like that and I'm going crazy? =)

I would say dilute..have a look at these pics, my spangle looks more like a clear wing, she prob is one of them and the breeder lied to me lol, www.budgieplace.com/colors.html#halfsider
