View Full Version : Clocks.
Have your clocks changed yet?
In England they have gone forwards an hour.
So the time in England at the moment is 10:25pm :D
What time is it where you are and are/have your clocks gone/going back or forwards?

I know that next weekend we put our clocks forward an hour. "Spring ahead, Fall back" is the expression I have used in the classroom to help students remember which way the clocks go for which season.
We put our clocks back an hour next Sunday. Usually it would've been yesterday but because of the commonwealth games they've just decided that they'd delay the end of daylight savings. :p
That's silly, they can't change that, can they?!?!

In the US, Daylight savings happens on the first Sunday of April.
But i guess they are changing it in 2007.... *Shrugs*
Lol maybe I should hire her? :dunno: hehe!
OK back on topic! :D
She asked me if I'd pay her! I said no!
I think 2007 is a long time away and I thought they changed the clocks twice every year?
Once in the Spring: Forwards an hour, And once in the Autumn: Back an hour.

*smiles* I ment they are changing the days we change the clocks in 2007. Daylight savings begins at 2am on the first sunday of April and it ends at 2am on the last sunday of October right now. They are changing that next year :D
Ooops my mistake! I see now!

lol
I never noticed it was the first Sunday of April. Hmm. Why are they changing it? It's annoying enough as it is. Why not get rid of it all together.
