Yep! Kuka is a beautiful Red-Footed Tortoise also known as Cherry-Headed Tortoise :)
Do you know for a fact that she is female?
It looks like she is going through a bit of pyramiding. I'm not exactly sure of what you know so I won't explain it too elaborately, but basically, she's getting a bit too much protein versus her vegetables. You can see her scutes are rising up into little pyramids. The scutes are growing faster than her body (and before she can shed her carapace) because of the extra protein. That's why the scutes are piling up. They should be flat and smooth. :)

I have no idea if she's a female or male.. I just always called her a 'she' because of the name it's a girls name and when i was little i wasn't that creative with names :o I actually have no idea what they have been feeding her. In nov 30 when i go visit i'll ask and make sure she's getting the right proteins :)
Do you know how you tell if it's a male or female? :o

You will need to get a picture of her on her back :o Try to get a shot of her cloaca (her vent) and her tail. Pictures of her feet and nails will be helpful too.
Tortoise are similar to budgies when it comes to food proportions. A budgie on a seed diet is not going to be as healthy as those that eat a variety of vegetables and sprouts. Tortoises are the same way. Those that are fruit and other "sweet" junkies will start to develop pyramiding (which is a sign of internal health problems as well) while the ones that are on a proportioned and balanced diet will have a smooth carapace. :)
The pyramiding on her doesn't look too horrible, but it make take a long while for her to lessen up the pyramiding, if not, never :( Some tortoises can't reverse this, especially if it's been a few years.
