i though sky but he could be Cobalt. I think it may just be my computer making him lighter then what he actually is. He is a stunner though

Wow, I'd say he's rare! I'm quite sure if I walked into my local petshop I wouldn't find one like him!

he's definitely a clearflight...his primaries have no markings and there's a white patch on his head. he looks quite a bit like mine, but i'd say sky blue where mine is cobalt. beautiful!

I think you're guess of yellow face Cobalt Opaline Dominent Pied is right. I wouldn't say it's "rare" but it's a very pretty combination! :D

What is a clearflight please?

info on www.budgietalk.com

Clearflights: If your pied budgie has the white/yellow spot on the back of the head, white/yellow flight feathers (longer feathers on the wings) and a white/yellow tail, it is a clearflight.

im leaning to a gal too (from that pic) and i would say not dark enough to be cobalt, so i would say sky blue too. Its hard with pics sometimes, the colors are different on each monitor! lol
very pretty indeed!

I thought Sky blue before, but think Joey and Bea said Cobalt so I know they are normally always right on things like this, either way he is a blue colour aint he lol. I think he is a girl too you know..the other day I told Zarrion I had a feeling he may well be a girl lol. Got 3 hens then. What shall I do then keep her and Edie seperate still or let them be together xx

They do get on really well, now and again you see them peck at eachother but I think all budgies do that. Will have to try and get a really big cage now then..that will make it to 5 cages I have lol xxxx

I had them seperate because I thought Edie was a boy and thought Joey was a boy but I think now he is a girl so I seperated them because I didn't want them to mate xxx
