Found some really useful information for people like me who didnt know what the difference is between Dutch,Danish Pied and Dominant pieds. Well The Dutch and Danish pieds where also known as the Harlequin, both in the USA and Europe. This variety has 75% of one colour e.g,, Yellow or White throughout the bird, 20%being green or blue with the remainig 5% black markings on the wing and head. This variety is recessive, therefore birds that are bread can be split, it can also appear as a normal the distinguishing mark is a clear area at the back of the head, usualy a quatre of an inch in radius. I love finding all this genetics and colours information.xx
