My Hamster Died

Well his name was Brutus. It was awhile ago when he died, but I just remembered him. He was so playful and absolutely loved me. I love him back.

I remember when I first brought him home. He was scared to death, and even bit me a ton of times. So much so I even bleed. It was such a good time though. he has a good friend named Princess also.

He had this perfect golden coat of hair. Yes, he was a golden hamster. (AKA Syrian hamster) We just sold off his cage a few weeks ago. It was so sad.

I'll always remember you Brutus. :)

When I found out my hamster was dead I screamed. Mom came to see what was wrong and I was sobbing on the floor in my bed room. She asked, 'What's wrong?' and I screamed, 'BAMBINO'S DEAD!'

I know, hamsters dieing is common, but it breaks my heart. I love them. :(

Wow 5 years!? :eek:
Most hamsters dont live past 3. None of mine have :( My oldest was Robin who died 1 month short of being 3 years old (died from a tumor).
