omg need help one of my boys has scaly face

just noticed a small sort of growth around one of my boys eyes and after looking it up on the net etc it seems he has scaly face, have had a good close up look and can see tiny tiny holes in the affected area mainly around the eyes and one very small spot of white ont he beak, what do i do now! he has been in with all of my budgies at some time as he was one of the first i got they have all been seperated since then, how infectious is this and do i need to treat everyone? what about my couples nesting? am freaking out!

o.k having a good look at a few others (it is getting dark and hard to see) but i think my prized violet male may have it as well and he has a hen on eggs what to do! will post some pics in the morning..... he is in with another pair who also are on eggs.....

o.k got it sorted spoke to an avaian vet this morning and they will sell me iverectin or whatever it is called and has given me a dose to put into the water to do all the birds and not to upset anyone, she says this is very effective and is quick and easy to do, will let you know how it pans out in a couple of weeks....anyone else used ths method
