*sniff* Sadly, last night Daisy, one of my guinea pigs passed away. :(

It's so nice to have you lot here, I really appreciate that. :)

She was so lovely and will be missed loads. RIP Daisy.

Oh I'm SO sorry Amy...poor thing but you know an average guinea pigs lifespan is 5 - 8 years I'm pretty sure it died of old age and there is nothing you can do,but think of the good times and be sure that you gave the best care for your pet.My Guinea pig was 6 when she passed away. She started to have breathing troubles during the night and I held her in my arms for hours I made her a make shift air mask giving her oxygen through a Fish Air Pump tube...(you know those) anyone with a fish tank there called bubbler's.She died in my arms poor thing and she was happy and healthy all through her time she was my first Guinea pig.Up in heaven now.I have Moe and Boe now they still have a while to go Boe is 9 months and Boe is 3 years.:( Sorry Amy I know how you feel
