1st time cake deco...

I was bored, and wanted to share my 1st time cake docorating! I made a barbie doll cake for my nieces birthday party and before that I had a day where all 3 of my kids shared a birthday cake. I draw (frosted on) there favorite characters! Sorry I had to BLUR OUT my childrens ages and names.

What AWESOME work you do!!!! I can't believe how talented you are. Such artistic abilities. . .;)

I love the Barbie doll that you made. Did you take a course on cake decorating or did you just experiment and learn on your own? I know you love art so I could see you doing this on your own. I am just so impressed. Ever thought of going into business for yourself. You amaze me in that you are a very busy Mom, have so many pets to care for, have so many interests, and yet you have made time to decorate cakes.

You should be proud of yourself. I am! :D

great job! i did the barbie one a few years back, but she was pink instead. i love baking and cake decorating, but i cant do the writing part, i just dont have a steady hand for it!

Thanks for all the compliments!!!!:D It put a big smile on my face!:D I have not taken a cake decorating class, I probably should learn how to do it better. Those was the first time, other than the spiderman I drew on my son's 1st b-day cake a few years back.
