oh my god...my bird has blood on her cere! only like a speck but im taking this seriously becus i hav a cat whos got sharp claws and he cud of gotten 2 her!! i noe this doesnt sound serious but im really worried im a new budgie owner and my parents wont be home til like 10:30 can som1 please help?! shes also breathing hard and her underneath looks fluffed up!! :( :( :(

I don't know what happened but I don't think it was from your cat. If the wings were clipped, the bird would have a hard time getting away. I'm not a genius on health so you have to hope someone else posts!

When you say there's blood on her cere do you mean coming out of her nostril? When she's breathing hard, is it making a noise?

I'd say, keep your bird warm, and wait until your parents are back.

if you think that the cat go it, then put a tiny dab of triple antibiotic lotion, like neosporin. cats claws have all kinds of bacteria on them, so that will kill it.
if its just something in the cage, then he will be fine, just try to find whatever it was in the cage.

shes fine now, imean its a tiny speck and she stopped breathing like that but the speck is like a stain. so im glad but idk where that speck came frum???
