oh thats so sad. she doesnt know what happened? *hugs!*
This might not be the right time to tell you this buts its better now then never. DO NOT get her more bird as of yet if she doesn't even know what happened. what if it was some like a sick budgie and it spread. Not to mention your budgie did aswell die over there now that i know how or anything. This was brought up to me when i offered to buy my friend a bird for her losse one who died ( im gessing ) from internal bleeding from a tumor. It would be a real shame to see evem more budgies die. Did she even bother to notic if they were sick. I have the flu right now and i don't want to go off my head crazy but just wait it out and see if they can find any possible cause of death. I wouldn't buy budgies if sonic and lilly just died. Something had to be wrong. I do however know how it feels to loose a beloved friend. I wish and cried every night blaming myself and i still do. i can't stop thinking about all the pets i have lost due to some unforgivable reason and think how i could of changed them. Life isn't fair as most people know. its even worse if you live like i do with parents hateing your pets and not actually understanding your feelings and your feeling of all animals. Saying there going to make your pet rabbit into a pot of soup whn im not home. i don't find it funny and im sure you wouldn't. Let her think this out and let her decide if she wishes to havemore budgies

Hope all goes well. With birds it can be very hard to tell if they are sick. Animals and birds do their best to hide sickness. They do this because when they show any signs of sickness they are easier prey.
