cute Chico

Chico was on top of his cage this morning and I had my window open (with screen) and a wild bird (believe it was a chickedy...however you spell it) was chirping it's lungs out. Chico just decided it was the most interesting sound ever and started to mimic it. Now when CHico sings, he always puts that noise in every song....a high pitched chirp that goes like weeet! wee wee wee Its very cute!

Awwww, that's so adorable! I love it when my little budgies commune with nature like that. I just don't like it when the hawks come around because they scare my little sweeties! On rare occasions, they'll see a shadow of a large bird "swoop" down outside and they all duck in their cages...;)

thats just so cute! all the aviary birds go all silent when a humming bird goes to the feeder to eat (its about 3 ft from the aviary) its the funniest thing, then when i leave, they all call for it!
