Awww! That is so cool. I love to hear about little baby budgies, especially since I don't breed them myself. I guess you can say that I live vicariously through other people in that regard!

Do you have any pictures?

To post pictures, you'd need to use an image hosting website. I use http://tinypic.com (http://tinypic.com).

1. Go to the tinypic website and click on the Browse button to choose the picture you wish to use from your computer.

2. Click on the Host Image button. Then wait a bit, until your picture appears near the bottom of the tinypic window.

3. When your picture appears, you should see a bunch of information (Tag, Img, Url and Link). Where it says Img, copy that link (Edit > Copy).

4. Then go back to the Talk Budgies Forum and in your message, paste the IMG information that you copied from the tinypic website.

5. Click on the Preview button to see what your message will look like.

6. If you like what you see, then you can click the Submit button.

You can use the same procedure to post pictures in your signature or journal too. Just paste the Img link right in the spot you want the picture to appear.

Let me know if you have any trouble and I would be happy to help!

I am sorry to hear that one of your little baby budgies died. I never like hearing stuff like that, but I suppose that is just how things sometimes work in nature.:upset:

I believe you would have to shrink your photos before bringing them into tinypic or photobucket (or whichever image hosting website you are using). I sometimes use Photoshop or something called Picasa Google (it's a free download and I REALLY like it because it basically searches your entire computer hard drive for image files and makes them easy to find on your computer!). Then you can export your photos by first choosing the dimensions you want for the photo.

You could even use Microsoft Photo Editor. (That is the program that most PCs have and that opens any of your digital photos). In that program, you can go to Image > Resize and then select the dimensions. I recommend changing the dimensions to Pixels and then making the width something like 400 pixels. (If you leave the "allow distortion" text box unchecked, the image won't get disorted and lose its proportions).

If you'd like, I could resize them for you if you don't have a program on your computer to do it with. You could just e-mail them to me and I can post them. No pressure! I just want to help you if you need it.

I resized your photos for you and reposted them in the forum. I hope I got your captions right! If not, I apologize! However, at least you would be able to go back into your message and edit it if needed.

I'd love to see more photos as the babies develop! If you would like more of them resized in the future, please don't hesitate to let me know. I would be happy to do that for you.

Aww, i love babies at the little pink blob stage. :p
They kind of scare me at that stage. :P They look like aliens! Once they have some feathers they look better.

these are the babies of my Violet parents Looks like 2 will be the same as mum and dad and 1 will be a greyer colour please tell me what u think of the colours

http://i1.tinypic.com/v4c7ch.jpg
these r just starting to colour up great parents of these as they r raising 6 babies with no problems and 2 of them are from other parents as one mother stopped sitting on her eggs so I fostered them out only one hatched and another was from a nest that had 7 babies and they were having trouble keeping food up to the littlest

http://i1.tinypic.com/v4c5zr.jpg
im a bit dissappointed with theses as mum and dad are lutino and yellow/green pied and all babies are normal green /blue one looks to be olive green or grey green

[
http://i1.tinypic.com/v4c612.jpg
these also seem to be normals the yellow pied is not from this nest It also had to be fostered out

http://i1.tinypic.com/v4c5xu.jpg
these are the youngest of the previous photos not sure on colours yet

I have another nest of babies just hatching at the moment so far the first baby is a lutino as it is red eyed and so are mum and dad

so at this moment I have 23 babies (includes 2 lutinos) and also another 3 nests just starting to lay eggs

I'll tell you how to do it with paint,

Open the picture,
Then Strech and Skew,
Then put 10 or more in to the vertical and horizontal boxes (They must be identical values.)

I hope this helps!
