So which do you thinks sillier??
When put in front of a big mirror Blinkie sees the 'other' budgie and just thinks that it's sooooo sexy and races over for a flirt. ;)

On the other hand, this morning Ozzie had me rolling around laughing when he met the 'other' budgie! :rolleyes: He was getting VERY angry at the stupid budgie who was copying his every move and getting in his way (Ozzie was very keen to explore the 'other' bedroom ;)). He attempted to 'head butt' that silly budgie out of the way in a full on head wrestling match where he put his head against the mirror and pushed with all his might!! :wub: Of course, this got him nowhere and he had to put up with the stupid 'other' budgie sitting in front of him.....they got into a pro budgie glaring contest, even Blinkie would run in fear! :P:

That is so funny the way they react!
Billy and Lily have had encounters with mirrors to, Billy started squarking at the 'other budgie' and Lily sang sweetly to it!
Well of course Blinkie thinks the other bird is sexy! Blinkie's a good looking bird. :P I think Ozzie's reaction was funnier though. I would have loved to see him getting mad at the other bird. That must've been funny to watch. :P

I'd say its a draw! They are both as funny as each other!
Ozzie headbutted the annoying 'other' budgie first chance he got this morning....now he's sitting on my brothers cd player.....probably trying to figuire out what to do next! :p

He was probably having nightmares about the other bird, so first thing in the morning he had to settle the score. :P
Yep, he proberly thought that the 'other budgie' head butted him, not he head butted a mirror!

Ohh I don't know. I laugh at the prospect of Ozzie ramming into the mirror. Although I hope he didn't hurt himself. :p
Nah, it was more a persistant push than ramming so he might have had a bit of a headache but nothing awful! :p

Oh my goodness Bea!!! Thats adorable that ur little babies like mirrors.
Bobby sees a mirror and kind of shrugs it off. While when the new budgie sees one, he does what Blinkie does.
Awww I hope Ozzie's head is ok :p
Ozzie: :hammer: Ouch!
Change the hammer to a mirror!

It's interesting how different budgies will react differently to the budgie in the mirror. Some may attack it, others maybe think it's good-looking (and most of the time it really is!), and others will just ignore it. Any answers to this?

I think it depends on personality.
Kind of like humans. Its like, if you sit downtown where there are buildings where you can see reflections and there are a lot of humans... Some stop and look into the window at themselves, some dont care, some hate the reflection.... its all on personality :D lol

well zero ignored his mirror then as soon as beaky arrived he fell in love with it, i think he thought she came out of it or something!! beaky now hogs it + he waits patiently behind her so he can have a go at admiring himself :)
