If your budgie is vomiting like this and is also puffed up and tail bobbing, she really needs to see an avian vet as soon as possible. Bringing a budgie to the vet is part of responsible ownership and unfortunately this is often an overlooked part of having a pet.
How long has she been like this?

Yes, how long has she been like this? When it comes right down to it, I believe most of us can't really afford a vet. But you know what, that's the only way to save their lives sometimes. And Budgiekin is right, when we took on the responsibility of another life, we have to do all we can to keep their quality of life.
Vets are very expensive and we all know that. Maybe you can work out some sort of payment plan with them. I hope they'll understand your situation and work with you.
A bird vomiting can be serious. For the time being, make sure she's kept warm and has her food and water nearby. If her tail is bobbing she may be having trouble breathing as well.
I hope someone else has a suggestion.
Just stay with her so she knows she's not alone in this.

This seems strange out of curiosity I took her outside to see other birds and all symptoms disappeared?

Birds are very good at hiding their illness, especially around other birds....
She really needs a vet...

Could it be she needs another bird because she used to be around 2 other birds before a week ago when I got her.
No, throwing up is not normal. She wouldnt throw up from not seeing other birds.

I honestly don't think a bird would throw up because it wants around other birds
most vets let you pay so much a week/ every 2 weeks etc. Ask ahead of time when you call to make a appointment
The bird needs to see a avian vet A.S.A.P

See what we mean about how they hide illness. She saw the other birds and actually pretended to be well. We didn't make this up.
Please call a vet and explain your situation. I can't imagine any vet turning away a sick bird.
Do your best. OK? Good luck.

When you take on an animal then you take on all their problems too. I am a student and I had to get an extra job to pay for my birds' vet bills.
A budgie that is vomiting is very sick. Birds do not vomit for no reason.
Monster recently vomited and I took her to my avian vet. It turns out she has Trich and was promptly treated. People can actually get Trich too, so it is extremely important for you to get her to the vet.
Diseases like Pssitacosis can be transferred to humans and it is deadly. So not only is your bird at risk, but you and your entire family could be at risk too.
You need to get your bird to a vet. :(

Yes, you should see an avian vet.
The only other thing I wonder about, by your describing the symptoms as disappearing when you went outside, is if you were running a self-cleaning cycle on the oven, had recently cooked using non-stick cookware, or were using air fresheners/perfumes near the bird? All of those things emit fumes that, in addition to not actually being all that good for people, are lethal to pet birds.

Please update us on your budgie's health and progress. Once you tell a bunch of budgie-lovers about a sick budgie, we will be waiting on the edge of our seats to hear how he/shes doing. :)
