Memorial graphic for my doggy

Hi, I wanted to request something for my dog who passed away a week and 2 days ago, whom I miss very much. Can someone make me a memorial signature/graphic type thing for her that I can use just about anywhere? I want a background with clouds and possible a rainbow in it. That says "sassy" on it and "god couldn't fix your legs, so he gave you wings" or something along the lines of I miss you. Thanks!
