Limit On Photo Sizes ????

I know that there are limitations on the size of the signiature photos but does it matter what size we use on the "Posts" or the Gallery?

I wasn't sure if the sizing had to be the same for everything or if it is just the signiatures that have to be kept to 150X300.

Post limit is 500x500. There is no limit for the gallery.
