Blue got in!!!

My son, Blue, got into the volunteer program at the zoo!! yes!! He's always wanted to be a zoologist, since he was just a little thing, so I'm really excited that he got in!!:giggle: :clap: :happy4: :laughing2: :laughing1: :jumping: :laughing: :jumping1: :D

Thanks you guys. He did orientation, and his first day they had a training where he got to learn how to handle and "present", insects and some animals. Some they got to hold-- some not, but among the creatures they all held, was a :eek: hissing cockroach!:eek: Blue was in his element!! Thanks again guys! I'm going to show him your comments right now!!:D

Hey Mom. Yep, that's right, I had to hold a Madagascar hissing cockaroach. Aswell as a flying Carribean Cockaraoch (mind my spelling).

Hi again mom. Just wanted to say everything I held. : Those 2 cockaroaches, a millipede, walking stick bugs, a bearded dragon, a leapoard gecko, a 20 pound tortoise, a cornsnake, and a Mexican Black snake.... yep that's everything. :)

Congratulations Blue on your volunteer job at the Zoo. I'm glad you love it so much - but for me, I'll just stick to my Budgies and two doggies. I'm not that brave when it comes to touching things. I would rather enjoy some of those creatures from a distance if you know what I mean. :eek:
