Drummer is our newest family member

Hi. Hubby and I are so thrilled with Bert and Ernie that we bought another budgie this morning. Drummer is a yellow/black male. And, he seems to be a very sweet bird! I already pet his foot once today. But basically, I left him alone. He is in a separate cage.

Cant wait! I dont ever think i've owned a Yellow/Black male...mine have always been blue + white! Chrissie would never let me pet her foot, no way lol. Good luck with finger taming him!

Hi. Drummer has very unsual markings. It looks like he has specks of green on his tummy and chest but it is hard to tell. One of his wing is yellow with a speck of black. The other wing is black and yellow striped. The sides of his head is yellow with black bands. Top and front of his head is yellow with a band of black in the middle. He also has dots of black circling the bottom of his beak. Does the description help somewhat? I have 20 shots left in the camera so I'll hurry through them.

2:00pm I took a real good look at both Drummer and Ernie. Drummer has alot more green on him than I thought. Ernie is more black/yellow than Drummer. Ernie has only a small patch of light green on his tummy.
