Glad I found this site, it is really great.
I have a sweet little dynamo named Wilma and she is great.
She is a bright blue and is about a year and a half. I originally had two blue babies. The other was named Winnifred but she passed about 6 months ago from a fibre tumor, she was lovely and I will always remember her sweet spirit. So right now I have Ms.Wilma to answer to. I am thinking of getting another in the future, we will see....
Anyway great to be here and look forward to getting to know everyone.

Welcome to the forum Songmore! I'm glad you found us; it's a real treat when new people join!

I am sorry to hear about Winnifred; I know what it is like to lose a budgie. They have such an impact on our lives and it is always hard to accept that they are no longer with us. I have a budgie (Skyla), who had a tumour under her wing so we had her wing amputated about three weeks ago. I am happy to say that she is doing really well and is as happy as can be!

Once again, welcome to Talk Budgies! I certainly hope you stick around. Please don't hesitate to post any questions you may have; we've got a great bunch of people here with a lot of insight and passion for budgies. And I am sure I echo everyone's sentiments when I say I can't wait to see pictures of your budgie! I love pictures!

I hope you do decide to get another budgie, maybe a male to breed?

I'm breeding Billy and Lily at the moment and they are my 4th and 5th budgies.

I'm sorry to here about Winnifred, Its always sad when a good friend dies, all my other budgies all flew away, so I know how you feel.
