its not always something serious. was she eating fruits or something? any type of fresh food will generally cause watery droppings. or if she had a cold shock to the body (took a chilly bath or something). should be fine after a little while. just watch her carefully for today.

She shuld be fine then ^^ If she took a bath before, that can often cause a little dierreah. It sounds like the problem, so no worries. But keep a watch, if she continues to have it after a few days, i would take her to the vet to get her checked.

Baths can't cause Diarrhea it may be the water off the feathers that made it look like diarrhea.

actually, baths can. if the water is too cold or too warm, the temperature difference causes slight stress to the budgie and that usually will manifest itself as watery droppings for a short period. the bath itself doesnt cause it you might say, but the temperature shock as a result of the bath will certainly do the trick.

Bathing can also give the illusion of diarrhea because sometimes budgies actually consume more water than usual which then has to go somewhere, so it comes out in their droppings. That is not true diarrhea, it is simply watery poops...diarrhea implies illness and when it is just a result of consuming water or other high water content foods like fruits or veggies, then it is not actually diarrhea.

Glad to hear your budgie is not having runny poops anymore! :p What a relief!

a bath that is too cold will cause birds to have diarreha. it clears up in a couple hours usually.
