Sherbert is a little green with yellow random speckles.... But somehow she has managed to bully my parrot off the food bowl.... hmmm. enthuasiasm about budgies or what? :S She even thrown peanut shells at him!

It sounds like your budgie is power tripping! He's trying to exercise his dominance over the parrot it sounds like! Budgies may be small, but they sure can pack a punch!
