My first toy.....

I made my first budgie toy!!
But I want to make sure that the coloring stuff on the wood is non-toxic to budgies....
It's made of wood I found in a childs crafts kit.... Is it safe for my budgies?

I don't know. I always use just plain wood and color them with food coloring. But that's a very cool toy I hope you're able to use it.

Try putting it under running water and if the colours run then it's vegetable dyed, meaning it's safe.

I've used these colored crafts from the craft section and my budgies are all fine. I really like your toy. I'll have to make one too.
