Software Upgrade

Just to let everyone know, we will be upgrading the forum software on April 30, 2008. This will probably occur around 1:30 PM EDT. The forums will be closed prior to the upgrade to ensure all information is upgraded correctly.

I will be doing this shortly. The site should only be down for about 10 minutes for the upgrade. I will reopen the site once I go through and make sure there are no huge errors. After that I will begin updating all the changes, which is when more errors may pop up, or when things may look weird.

Just go with the flow. :P

(Also, so everyone knows, if you are using the Talk Budgies Version 1 style, that style will not be updated. I advise everyone to switch to the Steel 6.x style, but I know there are some who are dedicated to the other one.)

Ohh, we Version 1-ers get this "Tags" thing..and our usernames in the Private Message thingy up in the corner are clickable! Thanks Dave..

Scroll down to the very bottum and look in the left hand corner. :) There is a drop down list there.

Yes when I scrolled down my little window was on Steel.6 instead of the 1 version. Anyway I'll just wait until you are done Dave as I'm sure you'll explain how to make the switch then too.:)

I was wondering the same thing, But i just assumed it was similar to the thing on cafe mom, you put in "key words" like (i'll use kids as a example) Bed wetting, Asthma, Toddlers, Terriable Twos etc. and if some one does a search on say "asthma" all the threads to do with that topic come up

But like i said i'm just assuming LOL

Nope,the fonts seem to be the same.

The font selection and sizes have not changed, so I guess you're just noticing them now. :P
