Fallow...Gone

My fallow female budgie died today:crying2: :( :crying2: She just fell of the perch and she was alive for 2 hours with me I held her all the whole time until she peacefully fell asleep and died in my hands...nothing I could do.I am so so so worried about my other birds!None of them showed sings of illness active,eating,vocal neither did her I woke up and she was laying on her back screaming at the bottom of the cage...than today she died.I think I'm just going to keep Blue my Half English budgie and sell my 2 normals American to buy another English the breeder finally agreed to selling me an English he is selling most of his birds because he has to pay taxes:D So Ill be number 1 customer for English budgies...starting to save up now!He said in October or before 50.00 each CAD so I hope I get a few and sadly I will be getting rid of Crystal and Tiki Tiki is way to young and Crystal wont breed....so I think I am just going to keep blue Join a club with my cockteils and new English budgies and start to show...Im tired of these American Budgies:(

awww you are getting rid of tikki? I'm so sorry about fallow. That is really sad, I wonder what could have caused it...


I hope your other budgies are okay. And at least she got to go while laying in your hands. :)

Confused? Whats the differences between english and american budgies? Dose one die sooner or something? Whats the differences in cost? 5o$ would be a big difference. Also very sad to hear about your budgie and even sader you want to get rid of the other two? But, I can see if your tired of dealing with the same problems or something? Well hope everythinhg works out for you!

No No No....English budgies are show budgies...I want to show my birds becuase I am joining aclub I have show quality tiels from a breeder so this is why...Im just feeding the other 2 budgies and they are not doing anything not breeding or tame or anything...So If I get rid of them, than I can just get my English wicj=h I can enjoy more...and yes some English do die sooner becuase of inbreeding but the breeder dosent inbreed...like Im just trying to breed American budgies wich isnt working it did before but not now and I want to try show and breed English budgies...something different more enjoyable and funner...;) Understand now?

Thats sad that you are giving your other birds away just so you can have show budgies when you got them YOU ARE SUPPOSE TO TAKE CARE OF THEM and be with them for the whole of their lives!!!:(

Well yes you guys mostly have them for pets..I have many pets but if you want to be a breeder you have to give up your birds sometimes...you can't keep all of them:)

Sorry for Fallow:( ! But I dont think you should give your birds away they are your Pets, U dont just throw them away when they dont do the right thing:( ! Good Luck with showing!
